MATTEL ESTATE The estate of Mattel is an oasis of tranquility, hidden within the breathtakingly beautiful hills of Wayanad. With a fragrance similar to jasmine, beautiful white robusta flowers seem dainty, but are resistant to the toughest of conditions. Picking out the ripest cherries requires a skilled hand, a keen eye for details, and years of experience. Coffee cherries are at their prime when they turn crimson red and are soft enough to detach easily from the stem. Growing under the shade allows developing coffee cherries to soak just in the right amount of sunshine. Ideally, a healthy coffee plant can produce up to 2000 coffee cherries in the span of a year. The beauty of coffee lies in its innate quality of nurturing new bonds and bringing people together. Gaining a bountiful harvest after several months of hard work is always a cause for celebration! Sun-drying or natural processing produces coffee that is full-bodied, smooth, and incredibly complex in flavour. WATCH OUR VIDEOS
